Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring all aspects of work are carried out in a timely and accurate manner to support customer needs. Run reports to review and research data for clarification or inconsistencies. Follow up with Field Service members for explanations on reporting. Review/approve photos submitted for accurate display/placement. Job setup tasks and maintenance for field force execution. Required to assist Client Service team in carrying out all client-directed activities to ensure successful in-store execution by our field force. Assist in helping the Client Service team members in preparing instructional materials to execute projects. Assist with creating training materials. Effective use of in-house system tools and enhancements. Follow field-level execution and look for opportunities for improvement and support issue resolution. Provide Client Services and Field Operations Team with status updates. Develop post-program recaps and ensure all client deliverables are met in a timely fashion. Coordinate with Distribution on shipments, mailings, and inventories. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalentMust be proficent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with an emphasis on strong Excel skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customersMust demonstrate strong analytical thinking skillsShould possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement callsSuperior organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quicklyInnovative, creative thinking skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., bend and stoop continuously and stand for limited periods
