Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our team. This role involves analyzing production and finished product samples to ensure quality, recording results and lab activities, and communicating with other departments about lab activities, data, product quality, and food safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory settings.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze production and finished product samples to check for quality.Record results and lab activities, including food safety and product quality.Review data for accuracy and quality/food safety implications.Communicate with other departments about lab activities, data, product quality, and food safety.Conduct lab testing, plating, and analyzing samples and finished products.Test acids, flavors, and other physical components of dairy cultures.Essential SkillsQuality controlLaboratoryQuality assurance

This is a deadline-driven laboratory/manufacturing environment focused on both quantity and quality. Employees will be working in the lab, on the manufacturing floor, in coolers, and exposed to various temperatures. The schedule includes Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
