A manufacturing company located in Skokie is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to support the Director of Sales and the sales department. The position length is for three months and estimated to work 15-20 hours per week. The position will work on-site in Skokie. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for flexibility in their schedule!

Key Responsibilities:

Website Communications ManagementOversee and manage content updates, removals, and additions for the company website.Coordinate the creation and updating of product information, literature, and imagery.Literature and Content ManagementWrite and manage product specification sheets.Update current literature as needed, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Organize and manage photo assets for use across marketing materials.Tradeshow Communications PlanningDevelop and execute communications plans to support tradeshow activities.Coordinate small-scale booth upgrades and ensure on-brand execution.Manage tradeshow contact data and integrate it into Salesforce.Identify and leverage spotlight or free communication opportunities to enhance event visibility.

Qualifications:

3+ years of marketing experienceStrong project management and organizational skills.Exceptional writing and editing abilities.Proficiency in managing website updates and coordinating marketing assets.Experience with trade show planning, including booth logistics and lead management.Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 1401882_1734535786 To Apply for this Job Click Here
