The work is performed outdoors where risks are substantial, but are known, somewhat predictable and mostly controllable. The physical demands may involve lifting or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The work is performed under direct supervision or covered by established procedures and the worker is not permitted to deviate from established procedures.
