Part Time Office Assistant

Small office is currently hiring a part time office assistant for a permanent opportunity. The office is a casual atmosphere (jeans every day) and very quiet with less than 5 employees in the office at all times.

The ideal applicant will enjoy a quiet atmosphere where they can focus on their assigned tasks with little disturbances. Enjoying a very casual dress code while conducting yourself in a professional manner. Applicants who apply should only be interested in part time opportunities. The Office/Administrative Assistant is responsible for: Reviewing purchase orders from the sales team that are received via email. Reviewing pricing, electronic inventory in the warehouse and inputting the requests into the company system.

This position also assists the office Bookkeeper in preparing very basic invoices, gathering files on delinquent accounts, etc.
