Our client, a local community focused organization, is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to assist with daily operations at their busy office! The ideal candidate is an organized administrative professional who is seeking the flexibility of a part-time schedule- and can jump right in!

About You:

1+ year of professional experience in an office settingProficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including ExcelExcellent organizational skillsStrong sense of judgement and discretion when handling confidential informationExcellent ability to multitask and work on tight deadlinesAbility to problem solve and apply critical thinking skills

Day to Day:

Answer all incoming calls and triage as neededAssist with the opening, categorizing and organizing of all incoming mailAssist with the electronic filing process for a heavy volume of sensitive documentsEnsure that paper files are scanned and stored in a timely manner with discretionReview, upload and scan a high volume of documentation into internal databases

This role offers the flexibility of part-time hours, operating Monday-Friday 9am-1pm, onsite at the organization's Sicklerville office.
