Our client, a technologies company in Greater Boston, is seeing a Part Time Office Manager to join their team! This position pays up to $24/hour pending experience and requires working onsite for 30 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing front desk reception and visitor control
- Ordering supplies and stocking office
- Ordering food for meetings
- Overseeing facilities management, such as triaging mail, monitoring budgets for office expenses, and more
- Supporting the CEO on special projects, including document management and distribution, requisitions, budget monitoring, and more
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented and organized
- Experience in similar positions required
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with data entry, bookkeeping, and transactional accounting
- Business level communication and math skills
- Reliable and consistent punctuality
