Passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service to Sylvan families. Some experience in customer service lead generation, acquisitions, and relationship management.

Description

 At Sylvan Learning Center, you discover customer needs through initial inquiries and parent interaction. You generate new revenue by ensuring high quality programs are delivered while tracking your success with various metrics.

Additional Requirements

You have experience in a business setting and experience in customer-facing sales environment. You have strong people, presentation skills and verbal communication skills. Afternoons and early evening availability. Two Saturday mornings per month (Every Saturday morning may be available if preferred by candidate.)
