**Clean Harbors** is seeking a **Part Time** **Onboarding Manager** to join our team. The **Onboarding Manager** is primarily responsible for executing Project Services onboarding and training initiatives to prepare new employees with the company while promoting proper equipment operation and compliance with environmental, transportation, health and safety issues/requirements for a variety of field positions. Maintain collaborative relationships with corporate talent acquisition, central training and other regional onboarding centers of excellence.

**Pay:** $30/HR
**Schedule:** Part time as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
+ Manage the timely coordination and execution of Clean Harbors onboarding requirements.
+ Ensure new hires are knowledgeable and aware of relevant company policies, procedures and standards.
+ Assign relevant eLearning content and schedule new hires for required instructor led virtual and/or hands-on training. Coordinate travel, as appropriate.
+ Liaise between human resources, training, and hiring managers to ensure a consistent and quality experience.
+ Evaluate training performance and provide feedback on progress, as appropriate, to employees and managers.
+ Deliver instructor led, virtual and/or hands-on training, based on customer alignment.
+ Partner with central training to provide feedback on employee experience and provide recommendations to improve time to work-ready.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required;
+ Minium of 5 years of human resources and/or onboarding experience with direct employee interaction required;
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams, supporting customer goals.
+ Effective communication skills, organizational abilities, and deadline management.
+ Always maintain honesty and integrity.
+ Strong work ethic.
+ Adept at working independently and in a team.
+ Knowledge of field hourly labor and/or commercial driving responsibilities
+ Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Strong understanding of data analytics, reporting and metrics.
+ **Valid DL and clean MVR required.**
**Physical Requirements**
+ Requires speaking, listening, understanding, and writing English; color determination, depth perception, clarity of vision, and 20/20 eyesight (corrected or uncorrected).
+ Maintains a clean and organized work environment, and a clean personal appearance.
+ Ability to communicate via Telephone.
+ Ability to use web conferencing/remote equipment as a means of communication.
+ Tolerance for loud environments.
**Other Conditions of Employment**
+ Complete an employment application and satisfy all employment requirements.
+ Pass a comprehensive pre-employment drug screen and background clearance.
+ Adhere to Clean Harbors’ policies/procedures and maintain current training.
+ Have and maintain a valid driver's license and driving record that is satisfactory to Clean Harbors and be approved to operate light duty vehicles.
+ Must always demonstrate a professional standard of conduct.
