JOB SUMMARY

USF Athletics sponsors 19 varsity men’s and women’s teams that compete in 11 different sports, 18 competing at the NCAA Division I level in the American Athletic Conference. The Bulls’ athletic program celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2015, having started with a men’s soccer contest in 1965. Nearly 500 student-athletes train and compete in the athletic district located on the east end of the Tampa campus. The Bulls have claimed nine conference titles in the American Athletic Conference since 2013. Nine US programs reached NCAA post-season competition in 2015-16 and USF posted a program-record 86 percent Graduation Success Rate among student-athletes in the latest reporting. Go Bulls!

This position provides Parking Services for all events at the YUENGLING Center and is responsible for the safe placement of vehicles in our lots and safety of all pedestrians in the area.  Our VSG parking attendants are the first contact for our guests attending an event at our facility.  Your professional and energetic demeanor are paramount in providing the foundation and basis for a World Class Plus experience for our guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class ServiceControlling/monitoring entry to the guest and employee parking lotsMonitoring parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehiclesProvide guests with directions and other venue informationDirect guests and employees to available parking spacesAbility to maximize amount of vehicles per lotRespond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional mannerCompleting electronic only – credit card transactions for parking paymentAll other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
