Part-Time Payroll/Time-Off Administrator
Part-Time Payroll/Time-Off Administrator **HOURS:** 8am to 5pm (flexible) **Part-Time:** Monday, Tuesday, and Friday – REMOTE up to 8 hrs./day Contract Position (approximately 2 months) **$23.00 - $25.00/hr.** We are hiring a Part-Time Payroll/Time-Off Administrator for our client who is an outdoor gear company with locations across the United States. Our client is dedicated to sustainability by relying heavily on recycled materials and leftover fabric that might have otherwise ended up in the landfill. **Overall Goals** : + Payroll: Support Director of People Operations in exempt and non-exempt payroll preparation in Trinet (formerly known as Zenefits). + Payroll Tax: consolidate/enter information in Trinet to Excel Payroll Tax Tracking template + OSHA: Organize/enter employer location information into OSHA Injury Tracking Application (online) + Research and record state-by-state OSHA reporting requirements (state forms needed, timelines, etc.) + Leave of Absence (LOA): prepare FMLA Rights & Responsibilities and/or designation forms for employees with upcoming LOA + Time Off: record state-by-state time off requirements in PTO matrix. Enter state time off information into state-by-state job aid templates. **Job Duties:** + Payroll support for both hourly and salary employees(every other week, Friday – Tuesday) + Workers Compensation/OSHA: + Organize information for state-by-state Workers Compensation document/job aid + Set up OSHA Injury Tracking Application (https://www.osha.gov/injuryreporting/ita) with work locations + Record information in Payroll Tax tracking document + Leave of Absence: + Prepare FMLA WH-381 Notice of Eligibility & Rights and Responsibilities under the FMLA forms for those with upcoming leave + Enter Leave of Absence & Time Off Requests + Provide feedback/recommendations for improvements to our current tracking and administration processes + Record information in Paid Time Off matrix **Skills:** + Experience with ADP, Trinet, and/or Paychex + MS Office Suite + Previous payroll and FMLA experience + Previous experience with OSHA Injury Tracking Application _PrincePerelson & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
