Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. Day in the Life

Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settingsPrescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessmentComplete medical documentation per Crossroads standardsCollaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community servicesFunction as a leader and mentor to center staff.

Schedule & Locations

Interested medical providers should expect to work 1 morning a week (5-hour shift for example, 6am-11am). Flexible on the day of the week.This position will be in-office at our LaGrange office.

Education and Licensure Requirements

Licensed as a Physician in the state of this centerDEA licensure in the state you will be practicing in with CrossroadsEmergency or Internal Medicine experience with an interest in substance use disorders and able to do 12 hours of training in narcotic-addiction treatment upon being offered the position.Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience preferredAdditional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
