**Description**
**Job Purpose:** This position will provide a broad scope of administrative, communication, quality assurance, and quality improvement activities for First Person Care Consultant IRIS Consultant Agency (ICA).
**Essential Job Functions:**

+ Assists with on-boarding and off-boarding team members including ordering business cards, updating biographies, etc.
+ Monitors the FPCC leadership email inbox, prepares and sends all internal and external FPCC leadership communications.
+ Assists the Quality Supervisor and Training Coordinator to create and maintain program forms, form samples, and educational content.
+ Administers participant satisfaction surveys, including call campaigns.
+ Assists in the creation and implementation of the annual participant improvement project.
+ Assists in the coordination of FPCC team meetings and events.
+ Collects information and creates the monthly team newsletter.
+ Maintains the FPCC website and updates website content.
+ Collaborates to create participant facing education materials and content.
+ Partners to create new and update existing Operational Manual’s, Workflows, fair hearing packets, and Policies using Microsoft applications and technical writing skills.
+ Orders all office-related supplies and promotional materials.
+ Coordinates mailing and printings.
+ Performs special assignments and or projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure and Credentials:** _(Where appropriate, education and/or experience may be substituted)_
**Minimum Required Education:** High school diploma required, Associate degree in Administration, Business, Communications, Quality Assurance, Office Management or a similar degree is preferred.
**Minimum Required Experience:** One or more years of related employment desired
**Knowledge – Skills – Abilities:**
+ Intermediate to advanced skill and experience using Adobe and Microsoft applications. WordPress experience highly preferred.
+ Ability to navigate, use and update website content management systems (CMS) required.
+ Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
+ Ability to develop fresh ideas that provide solutions to all types of workplace challenges.
+ Focuses on results and desired outcomes and how best to achieve them.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills orally and in writing, including understanding written materials of a complicated nature
+ Ability to effectively interact with persons from a variety of different backgrounds and experiences in a professional and courteous manner.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and use sound judgment in making independent decisions to effectively address needs and concerns.
+ Ability to demonstrate flexibility and willingness to shift priorities in accordance with daily demands.
**Physical Requirements, Visual Acuity, and Work Conditions:**
**Physical Requirements** : Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Regular computer, cell phone, and mobile equipment work.
**Visual Acuity** : The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal.
**Working Conditions** : None: The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions. Work is regularly performed in a fast-paced environment.
