Part Time Radiation Therapist I/II

Responsibilities

Provide radiation oncology treatments and high-quality patient care. Act as an essential member of the Cancer Service Team. Demonstrate the ability to operate all treatment and simulation equipment.

Location: Bay Area Campus Bldg. C Cancer Center, Fort Bend Campus


Department: Radiation Oncology


Job Type: Part Time


Salary Range: $83,400- $112,318 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Education


Required: 

 

Radiation Therapist I

 

High School diploma or GED from an accredited program

 

Graduated from accredited Radiation Therapy Program

 

Radiation Therapist II

 

High School diploma or GED from an accredited program

 

Graduated from accredited Radiation Therapy Program 


Preferred: 

 

Radiation Therapist I

 

BS or AA degree

 

Radiation Therapist II

 

BS or AA degree


Experience


Required: 

 

Radiation Therapist I

Radiation Therapist II

 

Minimum of 3 years performing as Radiation Therapist;

Experience using a True beam Linear Accelerator
