Marketing/Events firm located in SoHo, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Long-Term Temporary Part-time Second Assistant to support the first Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours/week with flexibility to work more hours as needed, 5 days on-site weekly. Pay rate $25-30/hour.

Responsibilities:

Calendar management and handling constantly changing schedule/prioritiesPicking up coffee/breakfast or lunch as neededManage catering set-up for meetingsAnticipate needs ahead of time and be proactive/resourceful

Requirements:
