What You’ll Do: As a Security Site Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily security operations, ensuring the safety of staff and visitors. You’ll supervise security officers, handle security issues, and ensure smooth operations. Your leadership will make a direct impact on maintaining a safe environment for all, while coaching and training your team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise security personnel, ensuring post orders are followed and required rounds are completed. Train, coach, and mentor security officers, ensuring they are equipped to handle their assignments. Maintain communication with clients and team members to ensure all security needs are met. Prepare reports, conduct inspections, and ensure adequate staffing for all posts. Handle payroll and personnel information. Escalate issues to authorities when necessary, and ensure proper documentation.
