As a Senior Receivables Processor you'll be supporting the Bank's Receivable Operation which enables customers to accept electronic and traditional paper-based payments. You will capture remittance information using efficient technology services and will transfer information to output files and reporting. You will work with a team of Receivables Processors to expedite collections of payments and the posting of payment information while focusing on a high level of customer service and providing a professional, prompt and accurate banking experience. Your key responsibilities will include data entry, quality control, and balancing/reconciliation of deposits.What we are looking for:
Responsible for supporting the Receivables Supervisor on executing a comprehensive, prompt and efficient client experience. Supports the daily workflow and ensures a smooth and efficient operation.
Executes a variety of routine tasks which may include sorting mail, extracting payments and/or correspondence, reviewing payments to ensure accuracy, and scanning of deposits using high speed optical scanners. Ensures strict processing deadlines are met prior to designated cutoff times.
Assist in the training and development of new employees, performs advanced research and may handle high value clients.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required and one (1) or more years of Branch Banking Operations, Back office receivables operation, or other relevant experience
Entry Level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Ability to 10 key by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy
Good general communication skills
Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $39,710.00 - $45,593.33 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.Benefits you’ll love:
