We are seeking a reliable and responsible shuttle driver to transport employees to and from specified destinations in a safe and timely manner. The shuttle driver will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers during transit. Responsibilities: Safely operate a van to transport employees to and from designated locations. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle. Assist passengers with entering and exiting the van as needed. Ensure the safety of passengers during transit, including the use of seat belts and adherence to safety protocols. Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance. Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a positive experience. Handle any passenger concerns or emergencies that may arise during transit. Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Perform routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a similar capacity. Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Punctuality and reliability. Physical ability to assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle. Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Defensive driving certification. CPR and first aid training. Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns. Experience working with diverse groups of people.
