How you will make an impact

Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented mannerThe server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders, delivers and serves food, ensures exceptional guest serviceThis position requires the ability to multi task with a sense of urgency.Greet guests warmly and enthusiasticallyDescribe the day’s menu and specials, answer questions, and make recommendationsDeliver food promptly and ensure that the guests are satisfied with their choicesAssignments can include Serving, Busser, Runner, Meal Plater, Catering  and Utility

What you will need

Current high school student, must be 16 years of age to applyServing experience preferred, but we will trainAbility to work in a face-paced environmentAbility to stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift up to 25 pounds.A solid work ethic and a positive, team attitudeHave good communication skillsHave a friendly and energetic attitudeHave weekday and weekend availability
