Pharmacy Benefits Representatives Wanted! Join one of the largest pharmacy retail and healthcare companies through Adecco! We are actively recruiting Pharmacy Benefits Representatives to become a part of a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of inbound calls from participants and prescribers, assisting with prescription refills, payment issues, and processing mail order prescriptions. - Make outbound calls to third-party vendors to obtain medication authorizations. **Requirements:** - Must have 1+ year of experience processing pharmacy benefits in a call center setting (Prior authorizations, Rx refills, verifying eligibility) - High school diploma or GED. - Must reside within 45 minutes of Phoenix, AZ. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. - Ability to type 35 words per minute. - Strong data entry skills and excellent verbal/written communication. The anticipated wage for this position is between $17.00 and $17.50 Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
