Partner Account Liaisons (PAL) enable adoption and cultural change by being the focal point for engagement on the advancement of IC Data Services tools and methodologies, workflows, and understanding a Mission Partner's technical needs and capabilities for mission success. This "Technical PAL" role is unlike the foundational PAL role. This Technical PAL will demonstrate their ability to cut vertically across disparate technical and non-technical fields, in turn, allowing them to more fully understand the customer's needs. The qualifications and focus of such a resource are related to, but different than those of a foundational PALs, and assumes a certain degree of technical expertise, in particular - familiarity with data management technical services and offerings. In this position it is expected that there will be three primary swim lanes of effort, and they are:
 

Serving as a PAL conducting outreach and mission engagement activities to increase sustained adoption Coaching and mentoring PALs on technical services and offerings Serving as a communication conduit, at times, between Mission Partners, PALs, and client technical teams/requirements team
