Your overall objective is to maximize revenues, increase market share, and establish a broad business relationship with visibility for Microsoft products. You will drive the strategy, needs, and execution of retail accounts in alignment with the overall priorities and goals set by Sales Management. The Partner Account Manager must develop existing and new partner relationships at various levels and manage their business activities around the Microsoft product portfolio. The goal is to ensure that these partners invest in the Microsoft product portfolio as a key element of their business strategy. With excellent partnership management skills, you need to develop a clear understanding of your partner’s business model, identify growth areas for both companies, and become their trusted advisor for building a profitable business together. + Develop and execute comprehensive joint business strategies with partners, aligning prioritization of product assortments and promotional programs to achieve agreed sales targets. + Cultivate and maintain strategic, trust-based partnerships to ensure partner understanding of Microsoft’s consumer strategies, enabling mutually beneficial growth and seasonal planning. + Facilitate effective operational processes, including supply chain engagement, forecasting, order management, and prompt resolution of escalations, ensuring seamless partner experiences. + Leverage partner feedback and performance reviews to refine commercial approaches, resolve sales blockers, and optimize retail strategies for maximum ROI and alignment with business objectives. + Deploy internal resources, digital enablement tools, and market intelligence to enhance partner capabilities, pilot new initiatives, and realize incremental growth opportunities. + Monitor and analyze channel landscapes, competitor behaviors, and market trends to inform continuous improvement, guiding partner development and strategic adjustments. + Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, ensuring shared insights and a cohesive “One Microsoft” approach to drive partner success and broaden market impact. **Qualifications** + Demonstrate substantial partner management expertise to drive effective joint business planning, foster strategic relationships, and deliver sustainable revenue growth aligned with consumer-focused initiatives. + Leverage robust project management capabilities, applying planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills to execute channel strategies and ensure compliance with operational standards. + Utilise extensive knowledge of consumer electronics ecosystems, integrating competitor insights, partner feedback, and market trends to refine portfolios and enhance retail offerings. + Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, building trust-based partnerships, resolving operational challenges, and applying innovative thinking to unlock new growth opportunities. + Apply data-driven decision-making, negotiation proficiency, and CRM platforms to implement partner programmes, promotional activities, and joint investments that yield measurable results. + Uphold stringent performance and compliance benchmarks, conducting regular reviews, refining account strategies, and nurturing long-term partner satisfaction through continuous improvement. **_External applications only : The salary for this role is starting from €80,000 euros per annum depending on experience._** \#CSO Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
