Partner Account Manager Req ID: 77996 Location: Riyadh, Other, Saudi Arabia **Partner Account Manager – Middle East** CommScope is looking to hire a Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our RUCKUS team to be based in KSA and to cover the Middle East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our business within a defined set of Ruckus Networking Partners and for developing new Elite level Networking Partners. **How You'll Help Us Connect the World** The successful candidate will be accountable growing revenue and share of business with their Partner base. This includes developing programs and initiatives to: + Drive demand for RUCKUS hardware, software and services. + Build Partner Business Plans and deliver on Business Plan goals. + Developing Partners capability and motivation to sell RUCKUS hardware, software and services. + Outmaneuver and take share from our competitors. + Meet quarterly and yearly sales goals. + Through a deep understanding and utilization of structured qualification and selling techniques deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts. + Support the local end extended sales organization to meet their annual goals. **Required Qualifications for Consideration:** + At least 8 - 10 years’ experience of selling high-tech (IT) products and services for a multinational IT Vendor to Director level and above contacts via the Channel. + An ability to think strategically and to build scalable programs to create demand for RUCKUS products and services. + An ability to successfully challenge the status quo and to win the hearts ands minds of Channel Partners. + Be result focused, with the ability to encourage and influence others whilst building commitment, trust and preference for RUCKUS in the Channel. + Can thrive within a highly matrixed environment. + Have outstanding interpersonal skills and be an excellent verbal and written communicator in Arabic and English. + Havea transferable KSA work visa. Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.
