Partner Account Manager - Conway, AR
As a Partner Account Manager, you have an integral role in Acxiom’s growth. The Data Guru team focuses on how Acxiom's third-party data can be best utilized by clients to reach new prospects on digital platforms. Familiarity with third-party data and expertise in consulting and optimizing digital campaigns is vital to Acxiom’s business and client success. You have strong analytical abilities and are a powerful storyteller, specifically to help Acxiom’s clients, agencies, and platforms find the right audience strategy for their campaigns. You’re willing to dive into reporting data to find important campaign insights and present points-of-view in the form of compelling presentations and recommendations, all while translating high-level thinking into meaningful ideas that excite clients and deliver brand results.

What you will do: 

Drive the use of Acxiom’s third-party data in digital campaigns through consulting with customers and prospects. 

Add value to Acxiom Data and Identity organization by identifying opportunities, successes, and areas for improvement while proposing solutions. 

Act as a strategic partner for brands and agencies in the campaign planning process                       

Provide strategic feedback, lead brainstorms, and host team discussions to encourage strong campaign audience strategies and pitch to clients successfully 

Use advanced knowledge of digital campaigns to provide optimization, performance metrics, gather insights, case studies, and improve future performance, engagement or ROAS for campaigns 

Educate clients and associates regarding digital trends, market conditions, and best practices to leverage changes in the ecosystem 

Demonstrate the full functionality of Acxiom’s audience creation and distribution tool to associates and clients for self-service adoption 

Present detailed information regarding Acxiom’s third-party data offering including sources, competitive intelligence, vertical data assets, strengths, and weaknesses in a clear, engaging manner to advertisers, agencies, platforms, and partners 

Collaborate with marketing on external and internal collateral including: blogs, video blogs, one-sheeters, and thought leadership articles. 

10% travel in the US possible 

What you will need: 

Bachelor’s Degree 

5 years of related work experience preferred – including knowledge of digital media processes, data analytics, consulting, or partner management 

Strong creativity, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills 

Ability to effectively communicate across internal teams (account owners, delivery managers, legal, accounting, marketing) 

Motivation to quickly learn and understand Acxiom’s digital products and the third-party ecosystem to become independent contributor as a subject matter expert. 

Ability to understand the various influences on campaign performance / impact of other marketing strategies                             

Capability to provide interpretation of performance - trend analysis, month-over-month performance, segment analysis, etc.           

Excellent presentation skills 

Proficient in Excel 

Excitement to understand latest marketing trends and learn new technologies, products, and ideas 

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals and tight deadlines 

Ability to establish strong working relationships with counterparts and effective relationships with clients and agencies
