As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will guide partners and Box account teams on solution design and best practices for building with, integrating with, and customizing the Box Content Cloud.  You will be the Box Platform product and platform expert within our partner community.

In this role, you will assist in the dynamic lifecycle of onboarding, educating, and enabling key Partners as a member of the Box Go-to-market partnerships team. This is a hands-on role and will include in-depth architecture discussions (and whiteboarding), working directly with external Partner sales engineers and architects, collaborating with Partner developers, and supporting Partner RFPs and Security Audits.

This role will support partners primarily based in North America, but will also include supporting partners on a global scale by assisting regional Box teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will articulate solution design and architecture concepts to internal and external SEs, architects, consultants, and developers

This is your opportunity to provide a strategic mix of technical, business and solutions leadership to our strategic partners in a space with complex and ever-evolving business requirements

You be working in the field, architecting and designing technical solutions with the right mix of Box configurations/APIs, Partner solutions and integration technologies to balance configuration and customization

You will develop and consult on project scope documentation, solution design blueprints, technical specifications, and business requirements related to partner engagements

You will assist with the development and delivery of enablement material for internal and external stakeholders.

You own the development and delivery of differentiated custom solutions, and will continually adapt your knowledge to meet the new demands of an ever-evolving client base

At the end of the day, you are seen as the trusted advisor with Partners and internal Boxers, and they know your goals align to their business goals and strategy

WHO YOU ARE

You are intellectually curious and a passionate learner

You love explaining technical concepts in clear and simple ways

You can distill complex technical solutions and industry solutions into their digestible parts

You can confidently present detailed technical and solution information to executives and positioning ideas to all levels including line of business managers, 'C' level executives, Partner leaders, Developers, and Enterprise Architects

You have implemented solutions based on RESTful APIs, SDKs, and webhooks and have familiarity with integrating APIs with multiple systems (e.g., ECM, ERP, HR, CRM)

You are experienced working with one or more of the following: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C-Sharp, Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, iOS (Swift), and Android (Java or Kotlin)

You have experience working with Hyperscaler platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure

You have experience designing solutions with advanced integration patterns with Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) systems such as MuleSoft and Apigee, Pub/Sub, and message queue integration patterns

You have experience working closely with Product Managers and influencing product roadmap

You have experience with network architecture and security as it is related to SaaS and Cloud deployments

Required Skills:

You have 3+ years of experience implementing enterprise-grade solutions

You have 3+ years of development, professional services, or sales engineering experience

You love working in a dynamic environment where ambiguity is common...and can effectively speak to both technical and non-technical parties

Deep understanding of SaaS and Cloud architecture patterns

Preferred Skills:

Background in Content Management solutions

Experience with digital signature and document generation platforms and use cases

Implementation experience with Salesforce

Implementation experience with Box

Proven expertise in other platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, NetSuite, Workday, Google Cloud, Oracle, etc
