A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. What does a Partner Asset Manager - QA do at Hogarth?
Our client is one of the world’s most recognised brands. A global technology company who consistently delivers innovation combined with beautiful design. The Partner Asset Manager, alongside a small team based on-site with the client, is the final guardian of high-profile assets and responsive for stopping any materials containing errors leaving the studio.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the digital and social space, particularly their production requirements, including resolution and outputs. Candidates must be detail-oriented, comfortable working in an open plan studio, organised, undaunted by tight deadlines and have a keen eye for content quality.
You will be jointly responsible for the speed, accuracy and overall quality of digital output, so that the creative work produced, adapted and published on behalf of clients is fit-for-purpose and to the highest standard.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders:
This role reports to the Lead Partner Asset Manager (based in Cork). You will work closely with Producers, Content Managers, Designers and QA Testers in various markets.
Responsibilities
As Partner Asset Manager you will
Own day-to-day content creation, publishing, QC and operations tasks in support of page launches & updates, article releases, and regular page maintenance. Examine and test designed assets against a checklist of criteria to ensure standards are achieved Effectively communicate any issues and challenges with colleagues, PM’s and design teams and actively participate in the resolution process. Collaborate cross-functionally and proactively to ensure a smooth flow of work through the QC department. Own the QC process and ensure that all errors are flagged Work within a set of carefully constructed processes quickly but accurately Understanding and contributing to ever evolving workflows to ensure flawless delivery. Experience with automated testing tools or platforms for digital asset Ensure digital assets are tested across multiple browsers, devices, and platforms for compatibility and consistencyRequirements
Experience working in a fast paced content environment. Experience with managing content for a global audience, using a CMS. Experience working with AEM is a plus, working with similar platforms or environments, coupled with a willingness to learn. Experience providing QA and production support across print and digital assets to design studios within an in-house creative team or studio. Good knowledge of print, colour retouching and digital artwork production processes. Able to adhere to a consistent graphic production and QC processes whilst also identifying opportunities for improvement. Resourceful, adaptable and results-oriented with an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to work at pace while maintaining absolute focus are essential to success. Must be able to disseminate and convey issues to both technical and non-technical personnel. Organised, proactive with good communication skills both verbal and written. Working knowledge of Adobe creative suite. Calm under pressure with an innate ability to see the bigger picture and look for solutions where others have not seen them. Experience working with 3rd parties across multiple time zones is beneficial. Reinforces team approach throughout production and day to day delivery of duties.#LI-SF1 #LI-HYBRID
