**Your Day to Day**
**As a Partner Commission Specialist you would be working on:**
+ Handling incoming billing and commission related cases.
+ Responding to emails and queries from customers and partners in Germany and UK/Ireland.
+ Answering phone calls or callbacks from customers and partners.
+ Assisting colleagues with commission calculations as needed.
+ Working cross functionally with multiple departments/teams on a daily basis to solve cases and escalations.
+ Communicating with partners/clients and supervising internal projects to resolve their requests.
+ Process improvements, both billing and commission related.
**What We’re Looking For**
As a Partner Commission Specialist, your background will look like:
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
+ Strong skills and experience in Customer Service.
+ Fluency in both **German and English** required.
+ Ability to adapt to change.
+ Ownership and professionalism in own work.
+ Positive attitude and team player.
