Creating, Reviewing & finalizing SOWs - with Professional Service leaders and partnersIdentifying appropriate TR entity to engage with partnersScope of engagementDelivery AcceptancePayment schedulesSignaturesChange RequestsGetting Sourcing, finance & business approvals for projectsAriba Tool:Creating/Top up Purchase OrdersSetting up or Extending partner entitiesReceipting Goods & Services based on milestonesScanning Invoices for Non-E-Invoicing countriesAccount Payables:Address invoicing issues with AP teamEnsuring timely payment per agreed termsFixing issues with PO in Ariba ToolAddressing partner concerns related to payments, invoices, etc.,Fieldglass Tool:Setting up new profiles in Field Glass for contractorsMaintaining Field Glass profiles to avoid deactivation.Contract Data Management Team (CDM):Working with CDM team to execute SOW signatures between TR and PartnerPartners/Vendors:Welcoming partners on new engagements. Working with them to get necessary information to set up them up accordingly in the relevant systemsReconciling Invoices vs PaymentsProvide assistance with respect to PO/Invoices/Payments etc.,Addressing their concernsReportingMeasuring expenditure against budgetsTracking estimates vs actualsReporting monthly/YTD spendsAssessing Risks with respect to PO/honoring invoices etc.About YouYou’re a fit for the role of Partner Delivery Associate if your background includes:Bachelor degree in B.Com or Business Management.Relevant experience of 2 to 4 years – which includes.General understanding of project management,Work AdministrationCollaboration across departments and working with partnersHandling escalationsGeneral understanding of Accounts payablesAbility to learn and update knowledge of different systems involved (Ariba, CORA)Competent with all Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.Detail oriented, organization skills, time managementHands on problem solverPossess a positive learning attitude.Reporting abilities.#LI-AD1
