Partner Development Representative (Remote)

Position Summary:

Operating as a member of the Jabra sales team, the individual in this role will be responsible for prospecting, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners. The role of this position will also include maintaining and updating all related CRM records to reflect accurate sales activity.

Key Responsibilities:

General partner support and primary contact for all partners within assigned territoryRecruit and onboard new partners in collaboration with distribution and channel teamExecute the strategy needed to pursue new opportunities with appropriate channel partnersAssist partners with leveraging our channel programs/promotions in alignment with channel marketing functionsMaintain list of top partners within territoryCreate quarterly business plans for identified top partners in territoryRun and analyze reporting to identify gaps and areas of opportunityFollow up on partner quotes/deal registration and close business within assigned territoryEstablish, maintain, and track pipeline to closeAchieve or exceed established target revenue, margin and other KPI’sImplement basic sales plans with the goal to meet and exceed the company’s target growth and margin targetsTravel to partner locations to conduct trainings to further educate partners on Jabra and our offeringsTravel to distribution events to engage with sales teams and partners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and practical relevant experience in sales3 - 5 years of partner development or inside sales experienceExperience in a distribution sales environmentMust have ability to cold call, qualify leads and follow up to build new business and meet or exceed sales quotasKnowledge of the indirect sales cycleStrong work ethic and successful experience managing multiple accountsAbility to create workload through proactive sales activities and mindsetCapable of successfully implementing and managing the sales cycle within established client baseAble to work independentlyResults oriented, self-starter, energetic and determined to succeed, entrepreneurial individual placing primary focus on their territory and departmental goals and objectivesWorks well in a team environmentCreative, logical, and outgoing person willing to try new approaches as may be required by the company and the marketplaceCapable of determining the effectiveness of an approach and able to make the appropriate adjustment to achieve maximum resultsMicrosoft Office proficiency

Pay Transparency Notice:

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 with an additional sales incentive compensation plan targeted at $20,000.00 annually.

Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
