Red Hat is seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner Engagement Experience Launch and Outreach Manager to join our Center of Excellence team. This role will focus on the successful launch and execution of partner programs and their iterations on a global scale, ensuring strong communication and alignment across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will coordinate all aspects of program initiatives, from inception through execution, while developing communications and enablement materials that support both internal and external stakeholders.
What you will do:
Program and Update Rollout Management: Lead the final stages of program updates, new incentive launches, and net new partner programs, ensuring seamless execution and deployment. Serve as the primary point of contact for ensuring that all components—updates, incentives, or new programs—are released with no surprises.
Stakeholder Coordination and Engagement: Work closely with key internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Partner Operations, PMO) and external partners to ensure their feedback is incorporated into program development and their needs are met during the launch. Act as the bridge between stakeholders and the Center of Excellence (CoE) or programs and incentives teams to drive improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the organization (Marketing, Legal, Finance, Products, Core business Platforms, Communications, Training) to ensure all program components are aligned, integrated, and communicated effectively. Ensure there is a shared understanding of upcoming launches across departments.
Communication and Enablement Alignment: Work with Marketing and Field & Partner Learning teams to ensure messaging around program and incentive launches is clear, concise, and tailored to both internal teams and partners. Develop and maintain launch materials (e.g., guides, FAQs, presentations) that equip teams with the necessary resources to support partners.
Launch Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor metrics and KPIs specific to program rollouts, assessing the effectiveness of the launch, identifying any post-launch issues, and recommending areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from partners and stakeholders on every launch, ensuring insights are funneled back to the relevant teams (CoE, Programs & Incentives, etc.) for continuous refinement of programs and incentives.
Launch Readiness Management: Work closely with the PMO to manage launch schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure all timelines and milestones for program and incentive rollouts are met efficiently, with all stakeholders kept informed.
Risk and Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify any potential risks or issues before and during program launches. Ensure last-minute updates or adjustments are managed effectively and communicated without causing disruptions.
Training and Enablement Coordination: Facilitate training sessions with internal teams to ensure they are well-prepared to support partners and communicate program changes effectively. Ensure field teams are empowered with the latest information for a smooth partner experience.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in program management or project management, preferably within partner or channel programs. Experience with client services and technology projects is a plus.
Global Perspective: Proven experience in managing global programs with an understanding of cross-cultural communication and regional market differences.
Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences.
Project Management Skills: Proficiency in overseeing project schedules and budgets, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
Analytical Mindset: Experience in data analysis and performance tracking to inform decision-making and improve program outcomes.
Proactive and Strategic: Ability to think critically and strategically, with a strong focus on execution and results.
Familiarity with partner relationship management tools and CRM systems.
Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is advantageous.
