Description Our client is actively searching for a Partner to join our team in the Banking & Finance Law industry. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, this role will involve working on various aspects of Corporate Entities, Bankruptcy, Title Insurance, Loan Structure, and Commercial Real Estate. Responsibilities: • Collaborating closely with clients and team members to ensure the best possible loan structure and financial solutions. • Proactively managing and resolving any bankruptcy issues that may arise. • Demonstrating expertise in Banking & Finance Law to provide strategic advice and guidance. • Overseeing the administration of title insurance policies to protect clients against legal disputes over property ownership. • Working on commercial real estate matters, including transactions, leasing, and property management. • Providing advice on the formation, structure, and management of corporate entities. • Participating in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and strengthen existing client relationships. • Ensuring all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements. • Staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the Banking & Finance Law industry to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
