### **About the Role**
The Uber Advertising Sales team is excited to welcome strategic and innovative sellers to join as founding members of our newly launched Uber Advertising division. As an Ads Partner Manager, you will work closely with some of the largest non-endemic brands in Mexico to ensure the success of advertising campaigns across Uber’s Mobility and Delivery platforms. You’ll be a trusted advisor and platform expert, showcasing how Uber’s Ads solutions can achieve clients’ marketing goals effectively.
### **What You’ll Do**
- Monitor Campaign Performance: Track key metrics, identify areas for optimization, resolve issues, and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Coordinate Campaign Launch and Reporting: Manage campaign updates, set clear expectations with stakeholders, and deliver insightful performance reports.
- Understand Client Goals: Build a deep understanding of clients’ marketing objectives to offer tailored and proactive solutions.
- Advise on Strategies and Identify Growth Opportunities: Use performance trends to recommend optimizations, uncover growth opportunities, and share actionable insights to drive increased investment.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and ensure campaign success.
- Promote Product Adoption: Effectively communicate the value of Uber’s Ads products to drive broader usage and differentiate offerings.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Design scalable playbooks and strategies to support product adoption for partners, while also stepping in to assist teammates when needed.
### **What You’ll Need**
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in account management, sales, or operations roles, managing and analyzing digital ad campaigns for enterprise-level brands.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to interpret results, uncover insights, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Adaptability: A proactive attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: A creative and solution-oriented approach to addressing complex challenges.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
