Partner Manager, Uber Advertising for Restaurants
**About the Role** The Uber Advertising Sales team seeks a **Strategy and Sales Partner Manager** to collaborate with major brands in Mexico, providing business insights and driving advertising success. The role focuses on medium- and long-term insight generation, planning processes, relationship management, and optimizing restaurant performance on Uber’s advertising platforms. This position requires expertise in Uber Ads, the ability to deliver category insights, and aligning products with customer marketing objectives. **What You'll Do** - Support financial and operational planning processes, including ad hoc deep dives. - Facilitate performance reporting to Uber’s Executive Leadership. - Develop methodologies to highlight trends and provide actionable insights. - Identify operational weaknesses and propose innovative improvements. - Act as a pricing champion, supporting sensitivity analyses and business case creation. - Partner with product teams to localize requirements for product launches. - Communicate customer feedback and limitations effectively to internal teams. - Analyze data to evaluate campaign success, leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. - Recommend data-driven strategies to optimize advertising initiatives. **What You'll Need** - 3–4 years of experience in consulting, account management, or startup environments. - Advanced analytics skills for extracting and interpreting data. - Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. - Fluency in Spanish and English. - Strong critical thinking to identify opportunities and anticipate business trends. - Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and propose actionable insights. - Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
