Job DescriptionWhat is the purpose of this Role?Directly and through Account Representatives, manages all relationship management activities for clients in the assigned business segment and/or geographical region. Ensures that customers receive an optimum level of products and services that fully meet or exceed expectations. Ensures that the assigned area attains or exceeds profit objectives through development of new business opportunities and retention of existing profitable relationships. Provides high level, responsive, quality service to clientele.
