This role will be critical to the assessment and development of valuable integrations for the Retail Media Network and support a small, but successful pod. As a Partner Manager, you will manage a small portfolio of partners, and collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, engineering, & legal to build business cases for new opportunities. An ideal candidate will possess combination of ad-tech expertise and entrepreneurial drive as team & org are in a hyper growth phase. As part of the Strategic Development team, the candidate will also support our product marketing efforts in organizing trainings, communications, and data visuals for CMX’s go-to-market teams. Experience in technology partnership management a necessity, ad-tech, data or identity partnerships a plus. Knowledge of business platforms such as Confluence and Salesforce required for success in the role. Most importantly, a love for working with others in a fast-paced environment is desired. Candidate to be based in NYC, Chicago or Boston Metropolitan Area and must be able to work a hybrid schedule onsite 3 days a week . **Responsibilities** Manage day-to-day operations with strategic ad-tech partners of CMX, including DSPs, DMPs, and other vendors Support strategic development team in identifying, sourcing and executing unique business cases Assist in troubleshooting & product enhancement efforts across platform partners Maintain and update partner performance dashboards & reports Collaborate with internal stakeholders incl product and legal to bring new partnerships and product updates to life **Required Qualifications** + 3-5 years of client-facing experience in partnerships, business development or product management role + 3-5 years’ experience with ad-tech / media buying ecosystem and vendors a must, retail media solutions a big plus **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience supporting complex integrations with third parties in a fast paced technical environment + Experience in Pharma or Health Marketing a big plus + Ability to speak up confidently in discussions with partners + You are data-driven & strategic thinker + Passionate about connecting with new partners **Education** Bachelors Degree OR equivalent experience ( 4 years) **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
