The Clearwater Partnerships team engages with internal stakeholders and external partners such as data and software vendors, consultants, asset servicers to grow Clearwater’s revenues. The EMEA Partnerships Manager will manage partner relationships and implement partnership deals, as well as build and contribute to the data-driven intelligence and reporting program within the Partnerships team.
This position will leverage expertise in business development and sales techniques, knowledge on partnerships and alliances and will utilize company tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office suite to effectively contribute to the team’s mandate and Clearwater’s growth.
Responsibilities:
Source and arrange business meetings with prospective partners.
Account management for existing Partner accounts, with the goal of deepening relationships and touchpoints and increasing revenues with partners.
Build and own a data-driven intelligence and reporting program across accounts, pipeline, deals won/lost, revenue attribution, and related information.
Implement governance and oversight for partnership deals.
Develop repeatable and scalable programs for certain partner segments.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Promote the company’s products and services, addressing or predicting partner, customer, or prospect objectives.
Create and maintain client information in our CRM database.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Clearwater Analytics and/or front-mid-back office workflows
Commercial track record of attaining and exceeding targets.
Excellent relationship building and management.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in relevant field.
5-7 years relevant experience.
Experience in investment accounting.
Experience with Salesforce or CRM database.
This role includes the possibility for occasional annual travel for team meetings and in-person key partner discussions.
