Partner Operations Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Summary of Position

We are seeking an experienced Partner Operations Manager to grow and manage our Strategic Partnerships with key strategic reseller and ecosystem partners (e.g. our connected care partners). As a Partner Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our partners, owning partner operations, enabling growth through data-driven insights, efficient operation execution, and process improvement.  If you have a passion for building relationships, driving growth, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Partner Operations Manager, Strategic Partnerships.

Essential Duties

Standardize operations across the Partnership team to scale reach.

Maintain, create, and improve tools that partners, or internal teams use to manage and grow our strategic partnerships.

Own and improve partner billing support and partner referral management.

Support new Product rollouts. Tracking products across each partner and managing communications to internal teams.

Maintain and improve dashboards that report on key business metrics the Partnership team tracks.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and managing daily activities with current partners and partners in development.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth through increased enrollment/engagement in solutions, cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, account management and product, to ensure cross departmental alignment.

Analyze and report on partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to address challenges.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of managing multiple projects at once from the discovery phase to execution within prescribed timelines, ensuring all success criteria are met; within Healthcare strongly preferred.

5+ years of experience working with Salesforce

Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relationship Building: Interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, can present complex ideas clearly and concisely.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2025 . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
