What does a successful Partner Optimization, Senior Manager do at Fiserv?

As a successful Partner Optimization, Senior Manager in the Credit Processing Delivery Organization, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our financial institution partners. You will serve a meaningful role in driving Partner Optimization’s P&L and client satisfaction with stakeholders across the organization.

What you will do:

Oversee program, project and staff augmentation teams to deliver against client requests and business plansEnhance and manage governance process to manage client initiatives with centralized tracking of initiatives and progressSupport development of and measure key performance indicators, (KPIs) to track progress over specified time periodsDrive performance against key P&L levers impacting time to revenue across the businessEngage in sales activities for the delivery team

What you will need to have:

7+ years of experience leading business implementations or operations4+ years of success in effectively driving timely delivery of projectsProven expertise in data-driven management, metrics and reporting7+ years of experience in leading and motivating teams of 12 or more associatesWill travel up to 25%

What would be great to have:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work and/or military experienceExperience working in the fintech or financial services industrySolid thought leadership and the ability to influence others through collaborative effortsAn ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of constituenciesA high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
