Partner Sales Manager - Global System Integrators (GSI) Partners, Strategic Accounts
Strategic Accounts at AWS is a portfolio of the world’s most influential companies. We are drawing the map for how companies are leveraging cloud computing technologies to positively impact their customers and industries. The leadership team is seeking a senior Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to create and execute the Consulting Partner strategy within the Strategic ISV district to accelerate key customer outcomes and priorities. Consulting Partners include Global System Integrators (GSIs) and national and regional System Integrators (SIs) who provide consulting and deliver services to customers in specific competency areas, including Data, GenAI, Migration, Modernization, and New workloads. The PSM role is a customer-facing, sales position. The PSM will be dedicated to the Strategic ISV district and be a member of the account team. The PSM will build and maintain external executive, delivery, and sales relationships with targeted GSI/SI partners to drive AWS service adoption with account teams, as well as internal relationships with key senior partner and sales stakeholders within Strategic Accounts.

Key job responsibilities
* Develop/execute a consulting partner strategy for your accounts
* Drive/deliver joint initiatives with consulting partners around GenAI and Migrations
* Manage the partner pipeline and drive revenue within your district.
* Establish/grow relationships with key partners.
* Work closely with account teams on customer and AWS business priorities.
* Have a deep understanding of the consulting partner landscape in each account.
* Align partner and AWS account teams/executives.
* Ensure strong communication between partners, AWS, and customer on joint initiatives.
* Manage execution of funding programs.
* Write and deliver business reviews to AWS and G/SI senior management teams.
