Kforce has a client that is seeking a Partner Services Team Manager in West Valley City, UT. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager that is metrics and sales driven. Key Tasks: * Build a team mindset of issue ownership, with an emphasis on excellent communication and full issue resolution * Interface with Technology and Product groups to drive root cause resolution for chronic issues * Design and implement a scalable case management process that enables us to fully resolve customer and partner issues * Ensure proper service level metrics are achieved * Build long-term relationships of trust with our dealer network * Utilize customer contact data to improve our products and services * Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to partners and brokers * Consistent follow-up with customers and partners via phone, email, and messaging to answer customer questions and solve problems about their accounts * Provide feedback/suggestions on processes employed by the team to achieve funding growth * Other duties may be as assigned as needed
