Job specifics/responsibilities:

Support partner cases in  SFDCDeliver operational trainings (Ops guide, how to interface with HPE, etc.)Be the main point of contact for all matters pertaining to partner enquiries, acting as first line contact and taking ownership for queries end to endEnsure a close working relationship with assigned accountsEnsure assigned partners make correct financial warranty claims where applicableEnsure assigned partners deliver high quality customer satisfaction in service delivery to customersTake ownership of partner issues and work to satisfactory resolutionHelp to drive operational improvements for assigned accountsAct as escalation point for all partner escalationsWork under own initiative and take ownership of issues, ensuring best in class support to partners and customersDevelop a very close working relationship with (country/region) channel team

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering( ideally with knowledge in Project Management)General administrative, reporting or project support related experience is nice to have

Qualifications:

Strong interest in technology willing to learn.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
