Supports the execution and management of brand partnerships, sponsorships, partner events, and marketing communications about Easterseals's partnerships. Serves as the primary liaison between the Partnerships team and marketing team, ensuring timely execution of projects and promotional materials that highlight partner initiatives. Maintains accurate tracking of corporate partnerships and sponsorship agreements, facilitates stewardship
communications, and provides logistical support for partner-related events, including guest list management and on-site assistance. Additionally, works closely with internal teams to track sponsorship deliverables, assess impact, and ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.
Hiring range: $88k/yr - $93k/yr
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Serves as the primary point of contact with Marketing and Communications teams for partnership and sponsorship-related projects; submit project tickets via Zendesk, tracks deliverables and updates, works with Internal Comms on creation of materials to promote or share about partner events. (25%)Oversees development of partnership collaterial materials including pitch decks, partner videos and social media content. Provides strategic recommendations for assets based on partnership priorities. Owner of Corporate Prospect Tracker and Sports Partnerships Trackers in Smartsheets, updates regularly with inputs from CAO, Sr Director and Director. Provides strategic recommendations on stewardship and partnership renewals based on insights from data collection and ROI tracking. Oversees the development of execution of marketing materials and communications to support brandpartnerships including printing and distribution when needed.Manages development and distribution of stewardship communications and gifting initiatives.Monitors and assesses sponsorship effectiveness, compiling data and insights to evaluate return on
investment.Manages guest lists, invitations, and communications for partner-related events, including sports
initiatives and community engagements.Provides on-site event support at sports and entertainment partner events ensuring seamless execution
and partner engagement.Develop stories and inputs for marketing materials, partnerships newsletter and ESSC Inside
communications.Supports with booking travel, expense reporting and other administrative duties related to the operations
of the partnerships team.Other duties as assigned Qualifications
EDUCATION:
AA degreeBachelors Degree preferredEXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in marketing, administrative support or equivalent combination of professionalexperience to perform the job successfully.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and implement multiple and shifting tasks.Ability to communicate effectively through oral, written, and proofreading skills with all levels of staff andthe public.Demonstrated ability in preparing accurate information for presentation via research, writing, and compilation of data.
