What You Will Do:

The ideal candidate will have a strong client service or consulting background, project management, relationship building, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and technical assistance.  You will also be expected to grow and develop Guidehouse’s team and solutions internally in a way that fosters career development, fiscal responsibility, and culture/brand. Job Description/Responsibilities 

Provide leadership and oversight of highly complex public-private partnership between the Federal Government and hundreds of partner entities across the healthcare industry.

Plays an integral role in client interactions to coordinate communications and strengthen partnerships across stakeholders in the public-private partnership.

Provide project management for the cadence of meetings with a diverse set of program stakeholders, and maintain schedules, agendas, minutes, and action items.

Coordinate and orchestrate activities across hundreds of partner entities that participate in the public-private partnership.

Develop organization change management processes and materials around change readiness assessments, communications analysis, communications planning, and the execution of organizational change management and communications collateral.

Execute organizational change management techniques to transform business processes, improve rapid-cycle communications and technical assistance, increase transparency, and promote expansion of the public-private partnership.

Lead the creation of content for stakeholder engagement regarding planned changes – what’s in it for me, why it matters, how it’s done, and the program's status.

Collaborate with and effectively communicate with a diverse array of stakeholders at different levels of seniority, influence, and technical acumen.

Prepare engaging and dynamic briefings and webinars to orient new member organizations regarding the technical and operational aspects of the partnership.

Develop communications materials such as press releases, newsletters, webinars, fact sheets, briefings, web content, reports, and emails.

Build relationships and alliances with partner entities necessary to achieve program goals.

Manage a high-performing team by leading, coaching, and mentoring others to ensure high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.


What You Will Need:

Bachelors degree.

5+ years of relevant professional experience (7+ years is strongly preferred) in areas such as: stakeholder communications/engagement, change management, public health, federal, state or local health or public-private partnerships.

Excellent organizational and project management skills. 

Experience supporting federal agencies or experience with organizations in the healthcare industry.

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Communications experience creating relevant materials for stakeholders (e.g., webinars, fact sheets, and briefings).

Experience developing and executing communication and engagement plans for a wide array of stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of business, including experience writing reports and client or public-facing documents, as well as communicating complex concepts effectively through MS PowerPoint.

The ability to work as part of a team and prioritize resources and time effectively. 


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience developing strategies to solve complex organizational change management challenges.

Experience developing change readiness surveys and business readiness assessments to identify barriers to resistance and developing plans to address barriers. 

Experience with program integrity initiatives designed to combat fraud, waste, and abuse in healthcare programs.

Experience providing training for information system users on how to navigate graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and other interfaces required for data sharing.

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
