What you’ll be doing?

Sabre is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnership Manager to expand and enhance the Sabre Direct Pay (SDP) solution across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with payment providers, negotiating beneficial agreements, and working closely with internal teams to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for market expansion in the APAC region.Build and maintain strong relationships with key payment providers, advocating for the benefits of partnering with Sabre Direct Pay.Identify and engage potential payment partners, evaluating their suitability for the SDP ecosystem.Develop compelling presentations and proposals that demonstrate the financial and operational benefits of partnering with Sabre.Negotiate agreements and oversee contract drafting to establish new partnerships.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and ensure the successful implementation of new payment partners.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative payment solutions for the travel industry.Act as the primary point of contact for payment partners, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.Organize regular follow-up meetings with existing partners to strengthen collaboration and address their evolving needs.Regularly analyze and review partnership performance, leveraging insights to optimize strategic alliance.

Qualifications And Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or technology.5 years in partnerships, business development, or account management.Proven track record in building and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.Experience in negotiating contracts and managing complex business discussions.Understanding of Understanding the specific needs and challenges of the payment industry, especially regarding the travel industry.Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate with teams and partners.Ability to analyze complex situations, assess risks, and make informed choices.Skilled in deal-making with proficiency in financial modeling.Capable of handling multiple projects and ensuring timely execution with stakeholders.Able to work seamlessly across teams and geographies.
