Partnerships Operations Manager
About the Role Hinge Health’s Partnership team is looking for a Partnership Operations Manager to join our Ecosystem team. The Ecosystem Partnership team is responsible for creating and driving new opportunities across our channel partnerships. This requires a significant amount of time in the field for events, meetings with partners, thought leadership sessions, conferences and other sales activities. In addition, it requires operational support so each ecosystem partner stays ‘healthy’. This includes day-to-day communication with partners, legal updates (MSA amendments, DSA tracking etc), data reporting (e.g. SLAs), product innovation and working cross-functionally with Client Success, Marketing and RCM. To be successful in the most effective and efficient way, we need to innovate, deploy and scale initiatives efficiently, measure outcomes, and manage partnership contracts to ensure they are in line with the businesses needs. The Partnership Operations Manager will play a key role in this process improvement through data and data-driven insights and process improvements. What You'll Accomplish Standardize operations across the Ecosystem Partnership team to scale reach. Maintain, create, and improve tools that partners or internal teams use to manage and grow our strategic partnerships Manage, track and monitor all legal updates and operations (DSAs, MSA Amendments, LOIs) across partners Own and improve partner revenue share collection, partner payouts (billing support) and partner referral management Support new Product rollouts. Tracking products across each partner and managing communications to Ecosystem team Maintain and improve dashboards that report on key business metrics the Partnership team tracks. Evaluate business need requests from ecosystem partners and help build business cases (e.g. audits) Reporting metrics across ecosystem partners (i.e. PG and SLA reporting) Support event organization and marketing efforts across teams (planning, scheduling, monitoring success and follow up). Work with marketing to develop, customize and review materials for ecosystem partners. Develop processes and procedures that facilitate collaboration across teams and ensure continued growth for the team. Serve as a connector to facilitate coordination. Support budget development and financial planning Build strong, trusting relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (legal, reporting, rev management, billing, marketing) Improved financials with improvement of operational efficiencies. Basic Qualifications Relationship-building: Able to build relationships as a trusted & respected thought-partner Project management: Able to manage multiple projects at once from the discovery phase to execution within prescribed timelines, ensuring all success criteria are met Analytical (Data-driven): Able to analyze various enrollment and utilization reports to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to clients Basic understanding of employee benefits ecosystem with healthcare experience Technology experience (e.g. Salesforce, Google, Webinar platforms) Compensation Relationship-building: Able to build relationships as a trusted & respected thought-partner Project management: Able to manage multiple projects at once from the discovery phase to execution within prescribed timelines, ensuring all success criteria are met Analytical (Data-driven): Able to analyze various enrollment and utilization reports to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to clients Basic understanding of employee benefits ecosystem with healthcare experience Technology experience (e.g. Salesforce, Google, Webinar platforms) This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
