Responsibilities:

Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts. Sell fun stuff ( a.k.a. parts and accessories ) to help customers with their personal builds and or maintenance on their units. Look up records and enter customer information. Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone. Keep track of special orders and call customers when items have arrived. Provide estimates for parts customers require. Make sure all displays are organized. Ensure customers are satisfied with all orders and items received. Other duties as assigned.
