What You’ll Do:
Assist customers and service technicians in selecting and ordering the right parts for their vehicles.Manage parts inventory and ensure the availability of parts for timely repairs.Provide expert knowledge on Ford parts and accessories.Maintain strong relationships with both internal team members and customers, ensuring exceptional service at every interaction.What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in automotive parts or customer service is preferred.Strong communication skills with a passion for helping customers.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Knowledge of Ford parts and accessories is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!What We Offer:
