We are a dual brand dealership seeking a self-motivated individual to accel in a fast pace automotive environment.
As the Parts Counter Sales Specialist you are responsible to act as the principle person in charge of the receipt of the inventory as it is received.
In this role, you'll:
Check in and stock all orders upon receiptMoving inventory as neededOrdering PartsFulfilling Customer OrdersAssisting wholesale and retail customers as well as Dealership technicians Maintain a special order file and ensures that all customers are notified of the receipt of their partsFollow federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all informationMaintain customer satisfaction at or above company standardsOperate office equipment and computer systems as neededQualifications & Requirements:
High School degree or equivalentReynolds Ignite, VIDA, Etka and X-Time experience preferred or similar DMS/CRM skillMaintain superior customer service external as well as internalMust work on Saturday rotation scheduleComply with uniform requirementsSuperb Phone Etiquette RequiredKnowledgeable about automotive OEM partsExperience with Reynolds & Reynolds a plusMust be able to lift up to and over 50 poundsAvailability to work on SaturdaysMust have a valid Driver’s LicenseMust be able to pass pre-employment screening (background)BenefitsInsurance: medical, vision, dentalShort-term and long-term disability plansLife InsuranceEmployee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts and service repairsOpportunities to join our community service initiatives
