Parts And Materials Coordinator
Job Title: Parts/Materials CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts/Materials Coordinator to support our dynamic team in Holly Springs, NC. Join a growing pharmaceutical company dedicated to innovation and excellence. This is a contract position lasting 6-12 months with the opportunity to transition to a direct hire based on performance. Responsibilities + Manage material handling processes, including process handoff, FIFO (First In, First Out), part shortages, and reordering. + Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and manage inventory. + Interpret and analyze data from databases to ensure accurate inventory management. + Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 35 pounds. Essential Skills + Experience in material handling and inventory management. + Familiarity with CMMS tools in the workplace. + Strong database skills and the ability to interpret data. + Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications + General knowledge of job plans, scheduled maintenance, or work orders. + Experience entering or using data in a database. + Team-oriented mindset. Work Environment The work environment includes a greenfield manufacturing facility under construction. The company provides OSHA certification and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). The facility offers a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, with exposure to a variety of clients and complex projects, enhancing your experience in the industry. Additionally, there is eligibility for perks such as a company car and gas card based on performance. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
