Position Overview: 

This position is the primary contact for technical and logistical parts planning, acquisition, shipping, and assistance. It assists with all Mercury Marine and Brunswick products while providing the highest technical support and customer service. This position reports to the Service Director.

Essential Functions:  

Provide prompt remote technical support and customer service to internal staff, consumers, dealers, boat builders, and external partners.Exercises detailed correspondence and data recording.Identify deficiencies in product integrity and availability in supply to the field while working with Mercury internal staff to ensure a seamless consumer experience.Daily execution of resolution strategies to deliver positive consumer experiences, exercises thorough follow-through, and ownership of tasks to resolution.Leverage data analytics to make strategic and tactical decisions independently.Assist with advanced/complex product resolution as required.Assist with RMA returns, CPRS, and unique internal processes as required.

Required Qualifications:  

Able to consistently exercise discretion and judgment in resolving escalated product issues through creativity and documented processes.Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills.Recognize, document, communicate, and escalate emerging product issues.Drive to take ownership of projects and see them to completion.Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, changing environment with minimal oversight.Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and implement active self-improvement. Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related or engineering field or a minimum of three years of experience in marine service and repair

Preferred Qualifications: 

Knowledge of Marine service and repair fundamentalsProficient with Office 365, SalesForce, Oracle, and Lightspeed business systems.

The anticipated pay range for this position is 72,000 – 115,300 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
